Two Sides Of The Same Coin

Afternoon,

Spending some time up my mother's - having some dinner after yet another great and successful wedding done last night - this time at Elvey Farm which was very enjoyable - the bride and groom were more than happy with the set that I did - so we can hardly complain.

However, thoughts are far, far away. The events in Sousse, Tunisia as well as France and Kuwait on Friday as well as Charleston, South Carolina last Wednesday night have bought into sharp focus the madness that continues to envelop the world and in particular two extremities. The Fascists of ISIS and White Supremacists.

Let's be abundantly clear. These bastards are on the same side of a dirty coin. They are backward, decrepit and deeply disturbed people with warped and deluded opinions. Not one columnist or commentator has had the wherewithal, courage or balls to tell it straight. These cunts want to take us back. In the case of Dylann Roof it is the time of slavery and lynchings, with ISIS, it is much further back - for me, it feels that they want to replay the Crusades - and hope for a different result.

Both groups seem to live in some sort of fucked up, dystopian alternate reality - in similar to either Timothy Mcveigh, David Copeland and David Koresh before them.

In fact in the news this week was one Zack Davies, who was found guilty of trying to kill an Sikh dentist with a machete. He classed the beheader of innocent aid workers 'Jihadi John' a Inspiration. Yep, that's right people - a racist psychopath - attempted to kill an dentist - whilst chanting 'White Power' and 'I did it for Lee Rigby' - classed an Islamic state fighter as a inspiration. In the words of Richard Littlejohn, you cannot make it up.

So there you have it. ISIS and White Supremacists. Both twisted, both nasty, both deserve to be banished to history

Where Do We Go From Here?

Morning,

I was as you saw on my twitter feed in London yesterday at the #endausteritynow demonstration. The predicted turnout of 70,000 absolutely dwarfed by the figures that turned out - estimated at least 250,000. An remarkable figure considering the abysmal election results.

I didn't hang around for the speeches - mostly because my legs were shot to fuck after 15 hours standing up all of Friday as well as the best part of six hours doing the exactly the same yesterday!

I refer back to the demonstration that I went on back in 2011, little under a year after the Tories and Lib Dems agreed that monstrosity of an coalition agreement - and the atmosphere then compared to today couldn't have been any more different and positive.

For one thing, the crowd - was far more positive in its attitude compared to previous demos, and apart from the Class War people breaking away down at Victoria Embankment - there wasn't - touch wood - any flash points.

So what now? The people behind today's demo, The People's Assembly - have vowed to be on the streets on July 8th, the day of Gorgeous George's emergency budget - followed by demonstrations at the Tory party conference in Manchester in October - that could be interesting. However, I can't help but think that much more drastic may be required to get the bastards in power some serious thought.

A Difficult Circumstance...

That is how Oldham manager Lee Johnson has described the situation regarding the possibility of them signing convicted rapist Ched Evans.

Hmmm. I can think of several other phases that would be more appropriate.

It's a bit of a no-brainer. You don't want to be associated with a fucking rapist. Surely?

Of course it would not the first time that Oldham have signed a player with a criminal record - having signed Lee Hughes after he had been jailed for Death by dangerous driving.

He needs a second chance, that's not in any doubt - however being given a second chance at a football club with the social responsibilities that that comes with that privilege is surely a step too far.

Society and Depression

Rather topical this today, with the mental health charity Mind announcing the results of a report into the wellbeing of those who are on work-based programmes as supported by our beloved government. Unsuprisiningly, the results make for somewhat grim reading for the coalition.

According to Mind, 83% of people they surveyed said using the programme and the government's job centre services had made their mental health worse. Three quarters of those polled said they felt less able to work as a result of being on these schemes, the charity said. At the same time, the schemes were ineffective for people with mental health problems, as only 5% of people had been helped into work, campaigners claimed.

I have written previously about my struggles with depression and anxiety - and I can vouch for the above - nothing, I mean nothing is more stressful than the worry of losing your benefits because you're not finding work, due to your head not being in the right place, mentally, nor emotionally.  I had my benefits stopped once, because I had a breakdown which resulted in me not being able to go for work - for a substantial period of time, and it is the closest I have been to being destitute - literally scraping each penny for what little you could get. Now, I had it lucky, I was living at home at the time, and my mother could just about support me, but as we all know - there are people who have nothing, nor anybody to turn to in their time of need - I recall a man calling up LBC just in the past week, saying that he couldn't afford to eat. Just imagine that man suffering from mental health problems - he probably does - even if he doens't realise it - as that is what it does to you - the whole vicious circle keeps on revolving ad infinitum.

Poverty, Depression, Alcohol.

Without a doubt the three most destructive elements in society right now - young people are living at home longer as they can not pay the obscene costs of renting - even down here. So there you have the poverty element there - young people don't want to be staying at home, I know I didn't want to! There's the depression part - and finally what do you do when you're depressed? Drink the night away. Bingo.

Pandering To The Stuck Up

Morning,

I can't be the only person in the land who thinks that some of the festive adverts for the coming season have got an distintively stuck-up favour to them this year.  The way that advertisers seem to be trying their utmost to crack that ABC1 demographic.  There have been an couple of adverts that have really got my ire this season so far.

1. LIDL
Jeees, where is there to start - is it the blatantly middle class mentality of the actors in this advert, the 'smell of skiing' comment reeks of a certain state of superiority, replacing Hertfordshire for Chamonix or Aspen - why not set a Christmas dinner scene in an community centre - instead of a stately home. AAAAAARRRRGGGHHHH.

2. House Of Fraser
Now this is pretentious nonsense - they ask models - yes models - who they want to give a early Xmas present to. Makes you want to projectile vomit. It is that vain and empty - and so completely out of touch with reality - you really do wonder who is coming up with these ideas. We all know that advertising agencies are probably the most pompous bunch of muppets out there - and based on this year's seasonal adverts - this just confirms it.

Best Of Buddies

Morning,

I'm some what fucking shitfaced after an very heavy night in Das Kapital for the old man's 40th - quite a few stories have come out in the last 24 hours that I'd like to talk about this morning - in particular regarding those cuddly cunts from UKIP - who I have seen in the last day or so been getting all fucking paddy with those equally adorable fuckwits of Britain First - yep that's right children, UKIP are getting friendly with an font of the BNP, EDL and poxy National counting Front. There are pictures resonating from Rochester of these equally undesirable fuckers having selfies and pictures taken with each other.

Now, it's quite possible that these cunts just bumped into each other and thought it would be nice and courteous to exchange pleasantries - but actually having your photo taken with the knuckle dragging super cunts of the right must make people question whether UKIP are wanting to be a party of the people, or are they trying to go down the 1933 route - basically, spread fear and hate amongst an indigenous population against minorities, the persecuted and the vulnerable, play on people's worse fears and prejudices and then whack - before you know it - Farage will be High Chancellor. Unlikely, but still...

Farage has said time and time again that he is the leader of a party which are not the establishment - not funded or influenced by certain interests - but surely that's a crock of shit! The MP they have got in the commons was previously an Tory in the same fucking seat - the cunt that is standing in Rochester and Strood is a Tory turncoat - they have been financed by former Tory donors - shit, they've even had a has-been (or is that, never-been?) DJ, record an dreadful absurd song - in an Jamaican accent. This being the same twat who was so against Relax by Frankie Goes To Hollywood, that he performed a record breaking (that's vinyl, to you kids) ritual of said song on his Radio 1 show in 1984. Bonkers.

Now, you may decide to see this rant as pretty standard for someone like myself - but that is besides the point. This party has openly said that it wants to be different from other political parties, but that is just not possible when you're just the same cunts, with a slightly different hue of shit instead of the Tory blue.

And if you do think that, then you're a fucking twat.

The Wider Story About Rochdale...

Morning,

I must apologise for writing a hell of a lit about my experiences of abuse as a child and the wider issues that have come up as a direct consequence of what happened to me all those years ago. However, one story has come out today which has genuinely angered me.

The Guardian are reporting today that one of the taxi firms implicated in the recent grooming scandal in Rochdale have got a policy of accepting customers' requests for 'local' drivers.

Or in other words, White Drivers.

Race relations have reportedly deteriorated since the scandal came out in 2012 and that was shown by UKIP's showing at the recent Heywood and Middleton by-election - we have to work together to prevent the fascist slime from capitalising on the abuse scandal.

Those people would do well to remember that Savile, Harris, Clifford and Lee- Travis were all White.

Sexual abuse does not discriminate on race or religion.

A Tory's Opinion On The Disabled.

Psychopathic Profile..

Look for a lack of empathy. Psychopaths are callous and have no way of relating to non-psychopaths.

Kudos to @Avitusparta on Twitter.

Daily Mail Readers Thoughts on Malala..

Brace yourself, it ain't pretty.

Beautiful! UKIP Put In Their Place...

Have just seen this fantastic picture which has surfaced on Twitter this evening - it's the front of a shop in Rochester where UKIP are hoping to be taking their second Parliamentary seat from the Tories.

Kudos to @chunkymark on Twitter for this.

Bit Too Close To Home?

Morning,

So, UKIP have got their first seat into Westminster after romping away with the Clacton-on-Sea by-election. How fucking depressing. Probably more depressing is the above. It was left by Banksy just last week - and was painted over within a matter of days after a complaint from someone in the constituency saying that it was racist.

Really?

Perhaps it's because it's a tad too close to the views of the populace there. The quiet xenophobia and overt racism that has become so common in seaside communities such as my own and others means that satire such as the above is deemed to be seen as anything but. It's quite clear to me that the excuse of racism is ridiculous considering that it's message is the complete opposite.

I've also heard that Clacton has got its own UKIP youth wing - called originally enough, Clacton Youth Independence. Fuuuuck, sounds like an offspring of the National fucking Front.

Louis Smith, 16, will lead Clacton Youth Independence and told the Clacton Gazette:

It is great to be able to take an active role within the party and help to build on our success we are seeing in Clacton.”

He added:

"I was drawn to UKIP as it was great to see a party that spoke for real people like myself and not stuck in a bubble like the other three parties.

It is great to be able to take an active role within the party and help to build on our success we are seeing in Clacton."

Well, that is fucking apt. "Stuck in a bubble". Yet your party wants to remove the UK from the EU, and basically make itself to be a fucking small cunting island stuck in the fucking ocean.

Fucking Glorious.

Well, This Is Rather Fucking Scary - Johnny Rotten on Jimmy Savile...

The above is fucking surreal, considering what has come out over the past few years. Why wasn't they allowed to talk about the rumours regarding Savile's 'seedy' activities back then?

Heads up to Sabotage for the find.
